POPLORISH is a regional magazine that seeks to publish emerging writers with a connection to the Pacific Northwest region either in content, authorship, or inspiration. We operate under the auspices of our parent company, Old Growth, a literary nonprofit for the Pacific Northwest headquartered in Seattle. Our primary goal is to provide layered storytelling, riveting imagery, and thought-provoking perspective. We strive to publish literature that pushes our buttons and our boundaries, that takes us on fantastic and sometimes tragic voyages, whatever the genre.

Accepting poems, short stories, and creative nonfiction, POPLORISH will offer a voice as varied and intricate as the region in which we live. We are accepting submissions all year, our only restriction is that regional connection.
